I look forward to night time. Generally I max out all my energy during the day with all the interesting things there is to do. And then there are things we do because they are life responsibilities, like laundry and food preparation, lunches and all the rest. So when it's that glorious time to get ready for bed I am excited to get between the sheets. But before I do I make sure that I give myself a little pampering with some wonderful pure organic night cream. It's like a reward for my skin after a long day.

I want to talk about the pesticide Triclosan. Its sounds friendly but Triclosan is found in bacterial soaps used everywhere these days. This antibacterial agent (pesticide) is in liquid hand soap, toothpaste, cosmetics, cleaning products, footwear, and plastic products labelled "antibacterial." Triclosan may disrupt thyroid hormones, and can form several other chemicals that have health and environmental concerns.
The Canadian regulatory bodies are taking this seriously and have band it from products.
Check labels and look for this pesticide and stop using bacterial soap. You are better off getting a cold once in awhile than damaging and disrupting your body’s delicate hormone balances.
